I am an avid organizer who absolutely loves a check off list! I have been involved with many aspects of Real Estate. I have owned rentals, flipped houses, dabbled in loan origination, Real Estate Broker Admin and was previously a Realtor. I let my license go 15 years ago when I was busy with my little ones, because I didn't have time to be a Realtor and a mom. (I wish I knew about Transaction Coordinators back then!) The thing was that as much as I loved being a Realtor, I didn't miss what most Realtors love about their jobs.(The peopling) What I really missed and loved about being a Realtor was the client connection, the timeline, documents and deadlines of each transaction. Like I said, I love a checklist! Being a Transaction Coordinator is the perfect fit for me! I absolutely love my job and love taking the time burden off realtors shoulders. I get to do the things that most Realtors hate (paperwork, organizing, submitting to Broker, scheduling etc..) and they get to do what they love, which is usually anything social to get out there and market themselves. After-all as a Realtor the only way to make a living and do what you love is to market yourself.  Marketing yourself takes connecting with the community, connecting with clients and getting yourself out there. Sitting at your desk typing up the transaction paperwork, playing email tag with clients, realtors and 3rd party business', scheduling, and submitting paperwork does NOT get you any closer to finding that next buyer or seller. That is where I come in. You get to do what you love, by getting yourself out there and "peopling". I get to make sure that everything on your current transactions list are running smoothly and I get to help your clients through the transaction, all the way to close. All that I ask is that you do all negotiations, sign documents when needed and write up amendments.  The rest of your time.....is just that, yours.
